Orders would be typically dispatched by the next working day from when the order is placed and payment is confirmed, subject to availability of product. In case the product is not available, we will keep you informed (Please refer to Refund and Replacement policy).
Our dispatch hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, 7 days in a week

Cancellation by Site / Customer

You as a customer cannot cancel your order as mentioned during the final order, The cost for any item purchased will not be refundable.

Kalrasweets.com will not accept any cancellation.

Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Kalrasweets.com.
Refund Policy
Kalrasweets.com offer refund only for the following two conditions:

If the product is not received even after 10 working days (Saturday & Sunday Excluded ).

Product lost while shipping.
Please make sure that you intimate us at-least 2 day before the mentioned time frame , In the mean time please call to your local courier hub and inquire the status of your parcel too by tracking code of courier given at the time of booking shipment confirmation.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
kalrasweets.com will not offer refund for the following reasons:

Shipment cannot be delivered because of the Recipient unavailability or wrong address.

Shipment cannot be delivered due to premises locked.

Shipment cannot be delivered because of the Wrong contact number, unreachable contact number and no-reply contact number.

Wrong orders placed by the customer and once the product is shipped.

If recipient refused to accept the products.

User didn't intimate us in the mentioned time frame.
Refund settlement
Payment refund process will take 5-7 Working days. At any circumstances 10 % of total ordered value will be charged from customer as settlement Fees.
